Synopsis: This presentation will explore how we approach equine cases presenting with problematic behaviour, understand the contributing factors and treatment options. Whilst many horse owners want to know if a problematic behaviour is due to pain or not we will discuss why this is the wrong question to ask and instead we should evaluate all cognitive, emotional and physical factors that may be contributing using a systematic approach.
