We have a permanent part time or full-time position (you choose) for a cat-savvy veterinarian at Canberra Cat Vet.

Canberra Cat Vet is a cat only clinic with 6 passionate vets (5FTE) and an incredible supporting team that includes dedicated receptionists, skilled veterinary nurses, trainee veterinary nurses, nurse assistants, clinic assistants and a beautiful clinic cat/boss, Annie. Our team will support you throughout your day, allowing you to practise high-quality feline medicine and surgery.

We tailor handling and treatments to individual cats, and pride ourselves on reading feline body language and behaviour.

About you

  • Your passion for cats and all things feline shines through
  • You demonstrate strong empathy and communicate clearly and effectively
  • You fit into our team with respect, good communication and a sense of humour
  • You are keen to continually expand your feline knowledge base
  • You have completed or are interested in completing the CVE feline medicine course (we can help you with this)
  • You have completed or are seeking to acquire your ANZCVS membership in Cat Medicine (we can help you with this too)
