2026 update
What you should be aware of before enrolling
- The written examinations will be provided through an online examination assessment system.
- You will need to bring your own laptop to the examination venue for the written examinations; these cannot be performed on tablets/iPads or phones.
- Membership practical examinations will be conducted at state capital venues only.
Membership examination dates for 2026:
- Written examinations: 2 June 2026 (Paper 1 in the morning; Paper 2 in the afternoon)
- Practical examinations: 4 June 2026 (if applicable)
- Oral examinations: 27, 28 and 29 June 2026
Fellowship examination dates for 2026:
- Written Paper one: 2 June 2026
- Written Paper two: 3 June 2026
- Practical component: 20 June 2026
- Oral component: 21 June 2026
Written and practical Venues for 2026:
Candidates will be advised of their written and practical venue in March - April 2026
- Each candidate will require proof of identity in the name they have enrolled in (a driver's licence or similar document with photograph is acceptable) prior to commencing both their written examinations.
- No electronic devices including smart watches, mobile/cell phones or tablets are permitted to be in a candidate’s possession during allocated examination times.
Oral examination component 2026:
Candidates will be advised of their oral time in March - April 2026
- Each candidate will require proof of identity in the name they have enrolled in (a driver's licence or similar document with photograph is acceptable) prior to commencing both their practical and oral examinations.
- No electronic devices including smart watches, mobile/cell phones or tablets are permitted to be in a candidate’s possession during allocated examination times.
Examiners - Practical and Oral examinations 2026:
Examiners will be advised of their practical and/or oral timetable in March - April 2026.
